An attempt to declare the Glory of God for what He has chosen to do with our lives. A legacy to leave to my children in the telling of it.

Sharing

Just had to share these beautiful words from my teen-age daughter. For most of her life I have wondered what amazing things God would have in store for her as I watched Him be the love of her life. Many people have asked how our children are doing after losing Trent. This is how Alexis is doing. With her permission, please check out her post on the kid's long forgotten blog.

I love that girl. My new mantra, "I didn't truly lose him, he's only gotten to the destination ahead of me." I'm really hating this grieving thing lately... I needed these sweet reminders. Thank you Alexis.

Terri,

Your daughter is amazing and I know you guys are so proud of her. I have always held true to the belief that "what doesn't kill us will make us stronger" She is having to deal with alot of grown up stuff at a young age, but realizing that this "world" has nothing to offer. I hope she is able to grasp on to that truth throughout her life. Thank you for sharing.
