A Jacob Update

This handsome little guy is Jacob. He came home with us in March on an eleven hour van trip all the way from Brenda's house. Jacob will be {Lord willing} our 2011 Nubian herd sire.
Just wanted to give you an update, Brenda, and show off how big he's getting.
I have had plenty of milk this spring so he still gets his share every morning. He is one of the friendliest goats in the barn. What a handsome little guy! Thanks again!

WOW!! He is beautiful! I can see his sire, Latte, in him. And, some of his mother's attitude in that second photo. His mother is Lilah and she is the Herd Queen. She and her daughters have a big build and give lots of good milk. I'm so happy to see Jacob doing so well. I am thrilled that he got to go home with you. Thank you for the update! - Blessings!

Another answered prayer Brenda~ I like the bigger built Nubians and am so excited to have him in our herd. He is such a sweet little guy! He spends most of his time with Trouble and nights with the other buckling. He was so funny last night when I took him out for some fresh air~ he would barely leave my side to get any good pictures, then got so silly with his jumping and kicking:))

LOL! I remember his sire, Latte, when he was a bottle baby. He and I would dance together all over the house (yes, I brought him into the house to play) He would kick all four feet out sideways and toss his head. I loved him when he was little and still love him now that he's a two year old. He still gives me kisses, but we don't dance around any more. He's a really big boy now!
