An attempt to declare the Glory of God for what He has chosen to do with our lives. A legacy to leave to my children in the telling of it.

It's My Horse And I'll Ride Barefoot If I Want To

To Live is to trust God.
To Live without following rules is fun.
To shake your boots off and ride barefoot is freeing.
Especially with 30 little red painted toenails.
Let me Live while you still have me here Lord.
Loving and enjoying Your simple gifts. Until You call me home.

I was looking over old posts on my blog and saw some of your sweet and encouraging comments. Those words meant so much to me then and I wanted you to know that even though we have never met your reliance upon God has been such an inspiration and has challenged me in my walk with the Lord. You and your family continue to be in my prayers as you learn daily to trust the Lord in all things. His light continues to shine brightly through you. I find it a privilege to call you my sister in Christ.

What fun! I have ridden bareback on a horse, but not barefoot. It's wonderful the way you give your children tangible examples of trusting God. Blessings on you and yours.
