Russell blessed us the other day with pumpkins and squash from his garden. Even though we are neighbors across the road our gardens produced very differently this season. Of course I gave up on mine a lot earlier than he did which may have had a little to do with it. Now I can freeze up bags and bags of pumpkin and squash for those good pumpkin bars with cream cheese frosting~ yum, yum!
