An attempt to declare the Glory of God for what He has chosen to do with our lives. A legacy to leave to my children in the telling of it.

Date Night

No need to change from your barn clothes. No need to shower or put on mascara. Around here date night often involves getting on the 4 wheeler before the kids see you and heading out to the back of the forty to check why the steers have gotten out for the umpteenth time in 3 days.

We found the electric fence down right away where either a deer or a large bovine must have ran through it.
Even for all of the fencing we have pulled and put up, there is still more to do around here. Lots of old barbwire and posts need to be pulled and more fencing put up to complete our rotational grazing pastures.
More fence down out back.
Now that the fence is all back up I'll just have to find another excuse to escape on a 4 wheeler with my honey.
