Do you know how hard it is to take a picture of a goat?!

Farm life has slowed down a bit as we are done milking the goats now that all the calves have been weaned. We kept three doelings from this spring, who have also been weaned. The five big does should all be expecting kids in late January, and we will plan for a second batch of kids to be due in mid-March. I do love my goats!
Its difficult to take pics of goats that are loved and spoiled!lol Because they wanna be in your lap or in your face one! Haha. I have one possibly due Oct. 11th thanks to Moses slipping under the fence!
ReplyDeleteThey are all pretty Goaties!
yep...know what you mean, it's hard to get a good photo of goats. You've got some cute goats!
ReplyDeleteWe had Nubians too. That is until they started our barn on fire. Literally, I had let the kids keep lights on too long - you know how cold it is late April...right? Anyway, those heat lamps are a fire hazard! They must have jumped up and kicked - like little goats do and knocked it into the hay. Thank you Lord, the barn didn't burn down - however, my husband wasn't a FAN of them anymore....Blessings from Ringle.
ReplyDeleteAwww ... they're so pretty. Jacob is sure looking like his daddy, Latte. I hope you have lots of precious babies this kidding season.
